Dr. Belarmino grew up in Michigan. After receiving his undergraduate education from Boston College, he graduated from medical school at the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He then completed two years of general surgery at Loyola University and two more years of general surgery at the Harrisburg Clinical Health & Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. After completing his four years of general surgery, he then moved to Albany, New York where he completed his four years of Urology residency at Albany Medical Center.
